Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Hell Yeah! Gluten Free, LLC (hereafter referred to as “HYGF”) website and or products. In these Terms and Conditions, “us”, “we”, “our”, "Hell Yeah! Gluten Free", or "HYGF". By purchasing one of our products, you are agreeing to the following terms. This may seem a little scary or like overkill, but for a small business, it’s absolutely crucial.
All pricing is in American dollars ($, USD), and already has sales tax applied to the total.
Cake orders policy
Standard orders can be placed with at least 10 days’ notice, subject to availability. All orders require full payment at the time of pickup (credit cards and cash accepted).
Orders over 40 servings should be placed at least 14 days in advance, and require 50% deposit on confirmation (you will be emailed an invoice). The final 50% should be paid on pickup.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the scheduled pick up time only. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than 7 days notice due to costs incurred by the initiation of an order. This includes cancellation reasons that span from change of mind all the way to acts of god, and other unforeseeable events.
All cancellation refunds are subject to a 20% fee to cover costs incurred by the initiation of an order. If you’d like to cancel your order, you must do so directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changes are permissible to an order up to 5 days prior to the scheduled pick up time. All changes must be submitted to email@example.com.
HYGF is not responsible for damage that may occur to an order after pickup or delivery. HYGF takes all care and effort to ensure the integrity and quality of all products. All orders that leave our kitchen are created with the highest care possible. Once an order is received by a customer from the HYGF premises or otherwise agreed upon pickup location, we relinquish all responsibility for an order's condition and appearance. We no longer have control over the appearance of the product. We provide all customers with care and handling instructions verbally. If an order is damaged during transit or anywhere that is not on the HYGF premises, it is at the discretion of HYGF to remedy accidental customer damage. If a prepaid order is not collected by a customer, HYGF is unable to provide a refund for the order.
HYGF is committed to quality and exceptional customer service. We really want to make sure you're happy, and if you're not, we want to know how we can improve. If a customer is dissatisfied with our products or service, we encourage customers to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Artistic License Disclaimer
Everything at HYGF is customized to particular decorative specifications; however all cakes are subject to the artistic expression of HYGF. All products are handmade and unique, so no two are ever the same. As such, cake garnishes, glitter, edible gold, sparkles, and other decorative elements, will change from time to time depending on their availability. Where a certain styling element is unavailable, HYGF will endeavor to replace the element with another to maintain the artistic integrity of the finished cake. None of our products will ever replicate or look identically, like another photo. HYGF is not able to provide a refund for a cake that does not look identically like another photo.
HYGF offers a delivery service that will guarantee a customer’s order arrives in pristine condition, as intended by HYGF. HYGF will repair or remedy any damage, if it occurs in transit with the HYGF delivery service. Our delivery service is subject to the delivery location and the availability of our driver and requires approval from HYGF. If we are able to deliver to your location, we will arrange for the order to be delivered to the address provided. We cannot guarantee delivery by the chosen time-slot due to factors outside of control, such as traffic, although we’ll try to get there on time. Payment for all deliveries must be made in full through our invoicing software (Square) before the order leaves our kitchen. We will not be able to wait at delivery locations if there is no authorized person to receive the order. Customers must ensure a person is available to receive a delivery during the time slot chosen. In the event where the courier arrives at a location and is not able to deliver the product, the courier will not be able to wait, and will return the product to HYGF's premises, at the customer's expense. Once a product is delivered and signed by an authorized person, HYGF releases all responsibility for the condition of the product. HYGF is unable to provide a refund for the order.
HYGF will not be held responsible for the condition of an order once the cake has been received by the venue.
