A turmeric-cinnamon-ginger cake provides a little kick, and a silky smooth maple buttercream mellows it out. Crushed gingersnap cookies with crystallized ginger chunks between the layers for some texture.
A slightly exotic flavor combination, saffron brings out the nuttiness and savory side of almond, giving you a very well-rounded flavor profile. Made with a simple almond swiss meringue buttercream. Filled with house made or locally made jams that are canned at the peak of freshness.
A soft, fluffy almond-pistachio cake layered with pistachio buttercream, which is made with house made pistachio paste. Simple, sweet, nutty, rich.
